My diet and exercise routine
So in the last post, I promised that I would share my diet and exercise routine. So let's start.
On a normal day, I woke up at about 4:15am. Say my fajar prayer and then get ready for my morning exercise. I do jogging for 15 minutes and then four sprints. Then 60 push-ups and 40 squats. Then after this, I again go to sleep for about 2.5 hours, which is almost till 8:30am. Then I get ready to go to the store. After my breakfast leave for the store at about 9am. By the way, for breakfast I had one wheat flour roti with any homemade curry. In my lunch, which I bring with me to the store, I have 2 wheat flour rotis with an omelette. In the evening, I close my store at around 8pm and head home. Rest a bit till 8:45pm, then go for my Isha prayer.
After this, I go for my evening part of the exercise. In the evening, I do 15 minutes of jogging and then 3 sprints then 60 pushups and 40 squats. Once I'm done with this, I'll have 12 soaked almonds, watermelon and other fruits which are available at home. I usually go to sleep at around 10:30pm or 11:00pm
See you guys in the next post. Keep supporting.
About today, 26/05/2026:
Today I'll tell you an interesting but meaningful true life story, which will help you guys. A few days back, I started seeing a lot of ads on my Facebook account about renting your LinkedIn account and earning money. So I responded to one of the ads. The guy asked me to share my WhatsApp number, so I did. He asked some questions, like how old your LinkedIn account is and how many connections you have. I answered honestly and he said he'll pay 140$ per month.
I asked him a few questions, actually a lot of questions, like what purpose you'll use it for? What's your name and your company name? His WhatsApp number was from the USA, but he said he is from Hong Kong and works as sales salesperson in the company. He even shared the company website because I've demanded that. I asked him if I could also log in to my account during the rent period whenever I want, and he even agreed to it. But he said Don't log me out to which I said I don't. Lastly, I asked Will you pay 170$ and he said 160$. So we close the deal at 160$. 60$ in three days and the remaining 100$ in two parts. 50$ after 15 days and remaining 50$ after 10 days.
I said fine. Just before giving him login details, I asked his name and he said his name is Jonathan. As I was giving him a login, I asked him Would you pay anything in advance he said How much? and I said At least 40$. He said he'll pay 40$ just after 30 minutes of login.
Giving him login details:
So I agreed to everything and paid $ 40 after 30 minutes of login. One thing more, I told him I won't give you 2FA (2 factor authentication) and he happily agreed. So finally I gave the login and he said the username is incorrect, he was right because I gave him the secondary email. So I gave him primary mail, and he logged in. He asked for a 2FA verification code, which I gave. So now he is fully authorised to my account. Now the scam begins.
The scam:
The first thing he did after logging in was turn off 2FA. Then he removed my mail from the primary mail and added his mail there. Removed my phone from 2FA, changed password, and everything is under control. Firstly, I was able to sign in through my Google account, but after some time, I wasn't even able to through my Google account as well. So when I saw all of this happening, and thinking that my account is gone, I started getting cold feet for some time, but I controlled my nerves and contacted the LinkedIn support, provided them all the proofs. Verified the account through Face ID and uploaded my government ID, showed them screenshots related to that account in the mail from the past, proving that it's my account. So thankfully, they considered everything valid, and the verdict was in my favour. They sent a password reset link, which I followed, and that's how my account was recovered successfully.
If you liked my story, then share yours as well in the comment section.
See you in the next blog.
Love and peace.
Today 31/05/2025:
Today, I'll discuss something really from my heart, something which I have actually experienced in my life. I was always a rebellious and spoiled child who didn't listen to my parents, and considered myself the wisest person in the world. Behave very rudely and badly with parents, particularly with mom. I do fear my dad, so I listen to him, but out of compulsion. I never felt happy to obey them. In the last few years, I even crossed the limit with them a few times. As a result of this started fearing me and stopped talking freely with me the way they talk with my brother and sister.
After the completion of my education in 2019, I started applying for various private and public sector jobs, but all in vain. In 2021, I applied for an Agriculture officer's job and prepared for it to my fullest. Studied hard for it, but I fell short by 10 marks. I was very disappointed due to this and decided that I'll never apply for any job now. My brother said you should start an academic writing business and start writing a thesis and a synopsis for people. So I started it. I did this for a few months and then started to find website content-related clients. Made my profile on Fiverr and Upwork. There was a time when I was earning nearly 60k PKR per month from Fiverr. But it all finished.
There are many reasons for it. Firstly, I became sick. I had stomach issues, so I can't sit for hours and hours because it will worsen the situation. The other reason is the change in Fiverr's policy. Fiverr removed the option of sending a buyer request, in simple words, the job proposal option. Now the buyer will approach the service provider. I stopped getting any clients. The actual reason I consider for all this is my bad behaviour with my parents. So when my freelancing business stopped, my parents set up this grocery store for me, and now I'm running this. I got married in November 2023, and luckily, my wife made me realise that unless you behave rudely with your parents and hurt them even a little till then we can't make any progress in life, no matter how talented you are. So slowly, slowly, understand this and get stuck with me. Since then, I started seeing positive energy and positive change in my life. I'm happy and content with my life and moving in the right direction.
My sincere advice to all the young people out there is to treat their parents with love and respect, no matter what. Swallow the anger, even if they scold you for no reason. Don't get angry at them anyway. Do this and the world will be at your feet. You'll feel peace in your life.
